How long until I receive my order?

Once we receive your order, our usual turnaround time is 2-3 weeks depending on the item/s. Once its ready for delivery you will receive a notification, along with a tracking number to track your parcel straight to your door.

I've made a mistake on my order?

If you make a mistake when ordering, please get in touch as soon as possible, no later than 3 days after ordering, so we can change/alter your order for you. If it is after the 3 days you can still get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Can I get a refund?

If you change your mind within the first 3 days of ordering please get in touch as soon as possible for a refund. Unfortunately we don't offer refunds on personalised items once they been delivered unless they are faulty or damaged. 

I've received my order and it's damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please get in contact as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement/refund.
